Overview

To make the platform's governed data instantly accessible, We built an AI chatbot that lets users query clinical, operational, and financial metrics using natural language. A clinician can ask, "Show ICU readmission rates correlated with weekend staffing levels," and the chatbot retrieves and visualizes the answer from the single source of truth,no SQL or dashboard navigation required. The chatbot also proactively flags anomalies, such as unexpected cost spikes or bed shortage risks, and explains its reasoning using plain English. By lowering the technical barrier to complex healthcare data, this feature empowers frontline staff and leadership alike to make faster, evidence-based decisions directly through conversation.
